Why do I have to 'verify' my registered number?
This is a security measure that prevents anyone else from using your Reward Points and purchased credits. Please note that you will NOT be able to trade your Reward Points to access phone or web cam chat(and other site features like tipping and viewing private photo galleries) unless your registered number is verified.
What are Reward Points?
In order to reward you for being a loyal caller to our services we've introduced a system whereby for every minute you are on the line you are credited with 'Reward Points' which can be traded in for phone or web cam chat. How do I start collecting Reward Points?
You automatically begin to be credited with Reward Points from the very moment you dial one of the xxXpanded.com advertised phone chat numbers. Our system recognizes the number you are calling from and creates a 'wallet' where your Reward Points are deposited each time you call from that number.
How many Reward Points do I get credited per minute when I dial a xxXpanded.com line?
How many points you get credited depends on the category you dial and the amount of time you spend on the line. When you view a particular category ('Exotic Girls' for example) the number of points you get credited per minute when dialling that category is clearly stated below the premium rate number displayed on the host's profile page when selected payment is set to phone.
If I leave my Reward Points or credits for a long time will they be deleted?
Currently, unused credit points expire after ninety (90) days. Please see the Terms and Conditions for further details.
Can I phone the chat line from multiple numbers and still be credited with Reward Points?
Yes. Each number that accesses the service is allocated its own 'wallet', however you will not be able to "share" the wallet points between the different numbers you are calling from. In your xxxpanded on-line personal profile you will only see one number at a time.
How do I redeem my Reward Points?
You can use your Reward Points on our phone and web-cam chat services. You must be a registered member to take advantage of your wallet. To redeem points against phone chat you simply dial the service number from the phone you have registered on xxxpanded.com and we will do the rest. If you are calling from a number not registered on our web-site you will not be able to use your Reward Points. You can also use your wallet points for web-cam chat, tip the models and access their private photo and video galleries!
How long do I get to chat using my Reward Points or purchased credits?
This depends on how many reward points you have accrued and the tariff of the service number you wish to access. How many reward points/credits you will get charged per minute is clearly listed under each service number on our web-site. Please note calls are time regulated and access may not be available at busy times of the day.
How do I access my Wallet to see how many Reward Points I've been credited?
To access your wallet balance you must be a xxXpanded.com registered member. Once you are a member you can visit your personal profile page and check your Reward points or credits balance on line any time by selecting the View Statement option on your profile page. Alternatively you can dial either the premium or National Call Rate numbers advertised on each chat host profile and select the option from the Main menu that offers you to check your wallet balance.
What if I don't have enough Reward Points?
